    Default Posting Pics

    Hey, I'm a little slow...still can't figure out getting pictures to post in my thread. I have the picasa set up, I've tried doing the hyperlink and the image link attachment and nothing works. I also tried searching how to post pics, nothing turned up...user error again I'm sure. Little help? Thanks, Captain Re Re

    I just upload them to my free photobucket account and get the link. When you're posting I choose the little picture on the tool bar right above where I'm writing. For this forum a 640 wide picture is best, 1024 is pushing. When I have a high res I just put the link in. Some forums have methods of uploading pictures but I don't bother since I can post it anywhere else when it's already online.

    I use www.tinypic.com

    Its free and you can select the IMG code for message boards. No need to use the forum tools. Just copy the IMG Board link and paste into your thread.


    This is the link that tinypic would provide you to paste into a thread. I added the - in between the [IMG] tag so you could see the text. But you would just paste that and it would put the image you want in your post.

    I use Photobucket, I know there a lot of people that dog on PB but I have thousands of photos hosted on there and I have never had any issues.
