^ This. I had a GSG5. It was fun and fairly reliable for a .22lr, but built like a toy. Everything was held together with these soft screws that stripped easily unless you used their special tool. Even the take down 'pins' were these screw in screw things that stripped if you weren't careful. The first thing I did was the screw upgrade and got real HK take down pins. Even the receiver was held together with screws (clam shell design). I finally decided it wasn't my thing and sold it. The post lawsuit version may be built differently but I'm not interested in finding out.
The HK/Uramex .22lr may be interesting but I'm not buying one till I can touch it and look at the guts.
