    Default Shipping a lower question

I need to ship a lower back to the manufacturer, it is a striped lower, not a complete rifle.

How do I treat this when shipping?

most manuf. will send you a call tag and you just drop it off at ups, then they just ship it back to your house, or you can just ship it ups on your own. I've had to do this several times, it freaked me out the first time but manuf. ffl's allow this.

complete or not the lower is the serial number item constituting a firearm. as mentioned get them to issue a call tag or use their e-m conversation with you authorizing a return at ups. I printed a warranty item e-m from the mfg out and handed that to the ups counter person.
You do not need an FFL to return a firearm back to the mfg and or warranty place.
