I hate little dogs like that. I bet it was "lost" on purpose by some guy who hated his woman's stupid lound annoying little dog thing...

I know a guy who did that. His woman suspected (knew) it was him cause she knew how much he hated the dog and had told her when she asked for a dog when they moved in to gather that he didn't care what she got as long as it barked not yapped. She got back at him by walking up to his best friend and making out with him, before the friend had a chance to push her off.
I don't miss the girl or that damn dog

I've thought of opening the gate to my neighbors yard so their yippie little rat dog will run off since they leave it out all day and it yips and howls incessantly. Alas, though, I would be breaking a couple of laws and being a total asshat for doing it so I just dream of it instead .

One of my fiance and my dogs has a very high pitched bark. She's a border terrier, and there are times when it really gets to me. But for the most part, she's worth dealing with it. Besides, I just listen for the tiger growl of my pitbull when she starts barking at the door. He's always close behind. One of our other dogs, though, has a mid range bark but it's like the volume is turned up on high. That's the one that bugs me the most usually.
