    Default AR15kits.com?

Anyone have experience with them? I reffered a co-worker to them to order all kinds of stuff, like $700-800 worth and that was over a month ago. They charged his card like 3 weeks ago but when he calls he gets the voice mail which is usually full, and no reply by email? He is still waiting for his stuff and now I am curious, I feel bad for reffering him to them. Has anyone had experience with them?

Oh man that doesnt sound good.

There is someone on here that has that website in his sig and usually takes every opportunity to pimp them out whenever he can. Maybe this person will pop up, I dont remember who it is but maybe he has some connection to them and can help your buddy out.

    Good luck with it

im sure its fine, probably just some problem with communication or something. ive seen reviews that are at least decent, so i don't think they are trying to job anyone. they just might not have very good customer service. keep trying and just be patient. or, worst case, you can try to have your friend cancel the credit card charge. in my opinion too many people are too easily scared that a company is trying to out right screw them and it is rarely, rarely the case since tracking those people down is pretty easy.

out of curiosity, why refer a friend there as opposed to del-ton, rainier, etc? i don't mean that in a bad way, i was just curious if you used them, they have awesome prices, etc.

He started out wanting to build a cheaper rig so I had told him about Del ton, rainier, G&R and ar15kits and what not. Then he went and spent a bucket of cash on chrome lined etc and got some good stuff, so yes he would have been better off going through rainier or g&r tactical etc. Rainier and primary arms are both great, I have ordered a lot through them and shipping is jimmy johns fast!

I am sure he will get his stuff, just when is the question. Maybe they have a hermit in the back with a drill and file makeing the barrels?

you must make a claim with your CC company within 30 days to contest a charge. IF he feels like there is no action on the vendors end, i suggest he contact the CC and cancel his order. 3 weeks unless specified in an e-m response from the vendor is unacceptable.
HOWEVER i was just on their web site and is clearly states 4-6 week delivery time.mall prine gets you every time. YMMV
