I would still try Lakewood DOR/DMV. Especially since taxes were due apr 17 and that requires an updated address

I say try the pizza or delivery person method. Who knows you might have her address in 5 minutes.

And if you get it through the pizza place I would have 4 XL 6 topping pizzas sent her way just for shits and giggles.
