I was needing a new target....
I don't much like his politics, but I give credit where it's due. He made the call to go into another foreign sovereign nation with armed forces at a shot at a high level terrorist (unidentified via the intel at hand), and did it without notifying them for the safety of the troops he was sending into harms way and to stop possibly tipping off the bad guys.
