I see where the courts need to maintain some authority...but autocratic control? No 4th amendment rights in Indiana?
I thought that that thing we used to have the errrr ummm constitution? made it Federal responsibility that states were republics?

Mitch Daniels for president?? makes (sarcasm) sense.
