WHAT A BUNCH OF BULLSHIT! It happens everyday, all the time. It goes unreported tens of thousand times more than it is reported because folks are scared and think their reports would fall on deaf ears without proof. Then they would face retaliation from the very LEO's they tried to turn in. That's the true story.
