If I was an Israeli leader, I would respond with a call that the USA revert to the borders as they were before the Mexican/American war, thus relinquishing most of Texas back to Mexico.

Obama just thinks ( foolishly..... quite foolishly) that if the Israeli's give back the territory that Hamas and the rest will suddenly start to behave and play peacefully....

I don't hear about random rocket attacks by Israel on Palestinians. Israel responds to these attacks but Israel is rarely the instigator. If Israel instigates it is in response to an accumulation of things Hamas or Hezbollah did.

I don't hear about Israeli's taking Palestinian children hostage and then murdering them.

Only one side is guilty, the Palestinian terrorists. The only good Palestinian is a dead one.

The logic here... if this logic is valid, then you're saying anytime enough people from one group do enough bad to another, they are all fair game. Right? Some Palestinians have killed Israelis, therefore all Palestinians should die.

Now if you're going to accept that logic as sound, can you think of ways it could be applied, from the perspective of other people, in a way that would make you unhappy?

For example, if some Iraqi had his entire family murdered by Americans, is he justified in applying this logic to think all Americans should die? It's the same logic set, just different actors.

Can you find a way to invalidate the logic such that you're OK with the concept regardless of the participants? If not, are you OK with logic that doesn't work in all scenarios?

No one, and I mean no one, not here in the states nor in Israel, is suggesting that all Palestinians should die. Where did you get such a muddleheaded idea? If the Arabs would leave Israel alone, they would sit quietly and enjoy the land they carved from the desert. Every war Israel has fought has been a defensive war, they are not aggressors. All they want is to be left alone in peace.
