I heard Colorado was going to consider this but what does that mean for current CCW permit holders? Do we get a refund of our money or did I pay that fee just to get my name on a list of POIs?
Colorado's bill would have allowed Constitutional Carry for those over 21 that can legally own a firearm, while maintaining the existing permit system to allow reciprocity with states that do not yet have CC, but have existing reciprocity agreements with Colorado. It was shot down in the Senate Judiciary Committee on a party line vote, after passing the House.
