Sometimes they don't unload the truck until the next business day. They know its there, but in a truck, so you couldn't go poking around in a truck to get your stuff.

I've had the same issues with Fedex but in the Springs it arrives in the springs then goes to pueblo to be sorted then back here for delivery.
