Said computer that is in for repairs is a Mac. Which is why I hate using windows so much!!!!!!!!!! This Mac has lasted over two years with an issue that I didn't cause.

Please keep loving windows, and refuse to switch to Mac (wife). It keeps the viruses off my computer.

for most windows > Linux Converts I introduce them using Ubuntu.

I find it makes the transition easier. Familiarity breeds comfort and confidence.

I think you should also look at Linux Mint ... its even more newbie friendly than regular ole Ubuntu (its based on Ubuntu).

I've got a couple of our sales reps running it and they're not even remotely computer literate yet they are able to function quite well.

Macs have been shipping with two button mice for the last few years ... and they've ALWAYS been able to use multi button mice.



Just remember, Mac OS X is Unix. That alone makes it superior to the Registry from Hell (Windows).
