I want to surf the page some more, but am a little confused on exaclty how some of the numbers came up.

New York and California were obvious guesses, same with Jersey...

I am surprized about Texas, Arizona, Wyoming, and Montana

It appears they believe background checks apply on private sales. Maybe I'm reading it wrong.

I got the impression that meant there was a backround check at gun shows, which there is for private party sales.

It was an interesting list. I bet some people are unhappy. Texas and Arizona seem to value their freedoms so much but have some very tight laws about a lot of stuff, guns in Texas and the search laws and business rules in AZ. Seemed about right to me.
