Colorado state law is 21 to purchase, possess and own a pistol. I find it funny that NY is #50... they are the supreme example of a police state. Tried to make me pay $650 for a NYS pistol permit, and without it you can't even hold a pistol at a gun store!

    Fixed.
18+ can buy anything private party (barring any reason they can't, i.e. felonies and such), to include handguns. Can carry anywhere, concealed or open, in their vehicle (their = they own it). Can open carry anywhere but Denver county, need to be 21 for CCW though. Can also own/posses anything other than Class 3 if purchased private party or gifted to them.

Don't have to own the vehicle. It just has to be privately owned. Same as a house or privately owned business.

Gun Crime in NY is committed 96% by Black and Latino minorities. Heard that last year on Mike Rosen's show, but its never brought up to the libs. Pretty amazing stats.

Chicago and DC guncrime has gone way down, 30%+, but again, you never hear about that (after court ruled gun laws unconstitutional)

Got a source? And hopefully not the KKK website. Also maybe you could explain what that has to do with anything.

wait, so let me get this straight........

If a handgun is bought in a private sale by an 18 y/o, and stored in a private place, (home, car, private business, etc) then it is legal for said 18 y/o to own said handgun?

That would be correct I legally owned a few handguns when I was 18.

Relevance to topic? Not for me to answer but here's your "non-KKK source," one of many.
