Realistically, maybe a computer full of internet history looking up fraud techniques.

I think all they want are your notes from your classes to prove you were attending...

I heard a federal judge got roughed up on Easter because the police served a warrant to a wrong home. Ope just a Florida circuit judge: http://jonathanturley.org/2011/04/28...easter-dinner/

CStone, I'd love to report this but I can't. I am bound by certain laws....The purpose of this report was, I was hoping, just a wake up. I like to think that I have some integrity, so I am bound .....

Not trying to pick on you, but it seems odd that you are bound by certain laws not to report criminal acts to law enforcement? But at the same time, you can post a generic rant about someone you have first hand knowledge of committing a fraud on a public forum.

If you were bound by patient/physician or clergy confidentiality, it would seem to me that you wouldn't be on CO-AR15 posting about possible criminal activity.

We all must answer to our conscience and any other higher authority we recognize. I respect your integrity and your obligations.

No names, times, places, nothing specific. No college, no school mentioned, therefore no breech. I can talk all day about as long as names are not mentioned. Even a priest can talk about women confessing BJ's as long as he don't say who.... Nuthin' complicated about that,,,, other than the fact this POS and many others are getting doing it and costing ME tax money. I cannot say us , cuz I don't know if you pay taxes...

Read the search warrant posted on the news website. it lists what they want to search for in it. It will answer your question.

He knows it will be years before "they" catch up with him. He could care less.
It is not "fraud" if he was enrolled in university when he applied for the loan. MANY students apply for loans when tuition is covered by financial aid in order to cover food, rent, vehicle expenses, or whatever they want to spend that money on. If you are a student, you can apply for these loans. You do not even need to complete the semester and can skip all the classes you want, as long as you pay your tuition and attend class for a few weeks.

It would be fraud if he was not enrolled or used a fake name or SSN when he applied for them. He is obligated to repay those loans, which will never expire and cannot be discharged in bankruptcy. They will garnish his wages, bank accounts, income tax refunds, and Social Security/SSD/SSI to get that money back -- with fees and interest. That ain't free welfare money.
