    Thumbs up Bushnell Trophy RDS

I wanted to set up my CMMG .22LR AR the same as my Spikes M-4 5.56 which has an EOTech; but frankly didn't want to spend that kind of money on a .22. So after a lot of research, I decided to get a Bushnell Trophy red dot scope. One of its 4 reticle choices is a circle with 2 moa dot similar to the EOTech. Anyway, I received it today, mounted it and proceeded to the range. Just took a few rounds to get it sighted in, and then fired a total of 100 rounds during which the scope did fine. I think I did quite well for my $90 considering that similar rds scopes are from $169 to $229. It has 11 brightness settings which seem sufficient- I was using number 8 on a pretty bright day. BTW it came with a sunshade which seems to help cut down glare.

I'm not sure that I'd want this scope on something with recoil or my shtf weapon; but otherwise it seems gtg. WB
