I'd be interested in coming to the Lyons meet sometime. That'd be waaaaay cool!
I'm trying to round up a few folks for an off-month shoot at the Lyons site 7/15.

All it takes to come to a shoot is transportation.

Seriously, we have the expected safety rules, try to leave the place cleaner than we found it, shoot what you got, introduce yourself, ask nice and just about any of us will let you try our guns. Some guys even go so far as to talk you into trying their guns (thanks psychol3oy!)

Welcome to the forum! Check out the 'stickies' for the meeting locations. Just show up and be friendly. No secret handshake necessary. [wink]

I wish technology solved people issues. It seems to just reveal them.

Try Vallhalla I had the pleasure of a 3 day tactical medic class that was instructed in part by Rob Picus of SWAT magazine fame. Absolutley excellant course and facility. Top notch. Don't look at the memebership stuff or you will be depressed with the prices. Look instead at their offered trainings. http://www.valhallashootingclub.com/courseList.asp I highly recommend this facility in Montrose. I think they can compete well with GS and TR.

Thanks brother! I've actually heard of them before and yes, I've already unfortunately seen their prices.
