    I use the Costa doctrine of holding the weapon- cover all surface area and grip to reduce chances of going off target from recoil. I guess that instance my hands must have slipped or loosened a bit- I don't really recall, I was having too much fun just being all Hooah.

    Very nice Ronin. So how far back can you shoot at that spot? I just picked up a Colt LE6940 a few months ago and am looking for a good spot to go...

    Honestly I think you can get 75yds level and more if you shoot higher into the the back drop.
