Well with the Iraq reconstruction we kinda are responsible for their country being in need of such efforts (we did pretty much invade and destroy their infrastructure) so that's going there, but with some countries in other parts of the world we and some of the EU give them money so they can try to become prosperous nations, well I always go by the idea if I can't afford to feed my family then how in the world am I going to donate to someone else?

    this.

I just can't see why we are giving so much money when we are in pretty dire straights ourselves right here at home.
All I have in this world is my balls and my word and I don't break em for no one.

Yeah Ronin, you're right...I should have clarified...what about the countries we haven't bombed and we still give bookoo bucks to? While our nations debt is through the roof...I guess I'm narrow minded here...we shouldn't give shit away when we have a country, our own, in dire need of it.

That and what about the countries us and the rest of the nations in the world bank helped out through the years that haven't paid their debt? We aided so many countries without any contract for them to pay us back... And the cost to deploy an aircraft carrier to assist with humanitarian aid is immense- yes they save lives and help with 3 hospitals, 4 mess halls, a flight of helos and a desalination plant on board to make endless supply of fresh water, but we the taxpayer have to pay for that carrier group to move from where they are to countries like Indonesia where we aided them after they were affected by the 2004 tsunami by deploying the USS Abraham Lincoln Carrier Group. Sorry folks, we have too many problems within our own borders we can't really write you that check at this time.

Seriously? They steal the money, and then want to SUE US to replace it? I don't know what it would cost to carpet bomb every square inch of every Iraqi city, but I'd bet it's less than $6.6B...

Yeah, check the photo gallery, I even have video of my shooting it.

Let them go to court, Sue the US, we pull out, the second some jihadi insurgents start blowing sh*t up over there again and they can't handle it, they'll call us and we'll be like "You SUED us over money we were GIVING to you... you're on your own you camel humping sand fleas!"

Well how much is the insurance to ship 6.6 Billion to Iraq? I'm going to call the USPS.
