Next time, take a pair of pliers with you. When he picks up the drill, grab his jewels with the pliers and say, "Now, this won't hurt, will it?"

To be honest though, I've had that same problem before. My current dentist told me that the real problem is that with some of us, the nerves in our mouths are not exactly where they are supposed to be, and when you tell them that you're not numb yet, most are too lazy or too cheap to go looking for the right nerve.

you should check out my dentist in the springs Dr Musolf. one valium + 3 shots = no pain. she is really great. we even go to Mexico together. if you look her up tell her Shrap Metal Shawn sent you. by they way i hate dentists and tell her that every time i see her.

Last time I needed "EMERGENCY WORK", I went to a Dr. James Berwick on North Academy in the Springs. I had a tooth that was cracked and coming apart. It was PAIN! He got me in quick, even as a walkin. As he started to numb the area I explained that I was the world's largest wimp on record :roll: and would require lots of numbing :roll: . As he was working he bumped my side, he noticed the large, hard, deformity I had :twisted: . I explained I had just come there from work (like that made a difference). He numbed and numbed until I was a "HAPPY CAMPER". After all was said and done he gave me a prescription for 30 Vicodin ES and one refill of 30 more. :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: Hell, I didn't know I had teeth for 3 days. [roll]
