Quitting smoking...

Today is 8 weeks for me!!

I'm going to make another run at it. You guys will get a daily update. Tired of having to hide from my son when I'm smoking and worry about how much I'm spending on cigarettes.

Over a week now. Still on the patch of course, talk about getting way easier though! Only really getting urges when I'm having a few drinks, and I've handled that with no problems. All is well.

I'm gonna have to quit chewin when I ship.... not looking forward to that.

Dropped 71 you can definitely do it, but YOU have to be ready for it and YOU have to WANT to do it or it wont work.

still strong... my personal challenge now is eating better and loosing weight. gained like 15-20 lbs after i stopped smoking, plus with the baby and no time to cook a good meal. having a baby around has become more routine now, and we are getting back into eating better. lost 10 lbs already, hoping to loose 40-50.

Over two weeks now and going strong. Actually, half way to work today I realized that I forgot to put my patch on this morning. Too late to go back too. Hasn't really affected me at all so far. We shall see how the day continues though.

Yesterday was 9 weeks for me. I still have the occasional craving but over all I am over it.

I tell ya what though, if I walk into a customers shop and there are a couple of guys out back smoking, I will stand right in the middle of all that smoke!! I LOVE the way it smells still!!
