I think if barry loses this election we will see the end to peaceful exchange of power in this country.
we're getting very close to second amendment time

The argument was that since they weren't shooting back at us, bombing the shit out of them doesn't make it a war.
Congress hasn't formally declared war since WWII.
This is really just another step in the direction we've been headed for quite a while. Its arguable that if Obama (or any executive) does something like this, they get de facto authorization if congress isn't willing to de-fund it.
There's already mechanisms in place for this sort of thing, this generation of politicians isn't really willing to pull the purse strings, tho.
+1 on that. Ive been saying that myself for the last couple of years. He doesnt like being told NO, and doesnt handle it well. Look when the mayan calender is set to expire next year in december, then look at when the electoral college votes, and when congress counts them. Makes you go hmmmm
Anyone know if it is true that USMC are on the ground in Libya for daytime work but moved back out to the ships each night?
The scarier thing to me is that his supporters still support him even after this. One of his main campaign promises was to end the wars and restore the world's respect for America. So what does he do? Not end the wars and get us involved in another. The world hates America somewhat because we always get involved in their shit...so how does Bama try to restore our respect? Bomb the shit out of another country. Yeah, that'll do it!
His supporters blindly follow him even when he lies to their faces. They think the guy can do nothing wrong. That's the truly scary thing.
