I think diplomacy is your best bet to solve your issues with the neighbor but, if they don’t respect your request then you need to strategize your next move. Research your neighbor as much as you can legally and decide if you want to scare him and expose him to the public or take legal action. If he’s hiding something and you find some dirt on him you’ll be able to use it to your advantage. Most pot smokers are paranoid especially if they’re not legally carrying a MMC. Shame is another factor that might help remedy the situation. Think of what to say to him that will make an impact on his morels if he has any. Put the ball in his court and let him know it would be in his best interests to compromise and reach a solution to the issues brought forth. The HOA has a lot of power to enforce the rules also if it gets ugly their attorney will get involved. All this attention will scare off all his friends and illegal dealers and probably get the results you’re looking for. Keep in mind never to sugar coat your words. because you have to deal with the body and or witnesses. We had an issue with some kids down the block, not drug related. Diplomacy was tried until someone told my friend / neighbor "Fuck You Old man". That changed the game to plan B. A few words expressing how matters were handled in the neighborhood made them see the light and within 36-48 were no longer in residence.
I ALWAYS try talking to the individual to resolve any issues with out involving LE's r muscle. 98% of the time it works. As for the neighbor getting the weed dropped off, it is legal for caregivers to deliver mj to those who have a med mj card.
It could be worse. you could have alky's next door who once buzzed start WW II until they pass out from exhaustion, get knocked unconscious or LE knocks on the door.

I see a lot of hypocrisy in most of these threads. Stick to your decisions, I mean shit, is it that hard? As to when I mentioned my "old badge" I was still under bond at the time, so, no I was not impersonating anyone at the time. Yankee like everyone stated, talk to the people, not all pot smokers are bad people...believe me. If they're rude and don't give a shit then screw them, do what is necessary to make your life better
