A lot of potheads with MMJ cards ALSO buy from illegal dealers because there are limits on how much they can buy via legal channels.

If they have a card and a cop catches them with some of the illegal pot there is no way for the officer to know its illegal (unless its a large quantity or he actually catches him buying from a known illegal dealer).

Point is, if your pothead neighbor has a MMJ card if you do ANYTHING to interfere with his use of his "medicine" YOU are in trouble.

Just call the police every single time you smell it ... they won't do anything but maybe you'll annoy them enough that the'll come bust the guy (but again, if he has a MMJ card then they will do absolutely nothing ... and then they'll probably tell you to stop calling it in).

No sir, I do not envy your situation.

Since frags are NFA "Destrictive Devices" that sounds like an awful expensive solution (what with the $200 tax stamp per grenade) ... plus the ATF would probably come down on him for "transferring" an NFA item to another (who may be a "prohibited person" without the form 4.

    I'm so for that!!

Someone on here has a sig, " Violence may not be the best option... but it's still an option." (Colorado Luckydog) thanks

I may be a right wing nut but that's my right, just like his right to smoke IF he's got a BS "mj card" URGH I don't even know what point I'm trying to make I'm just so upset at the situation.

Some may say, why don't you just move dumbass.
I would have to say, well sir at my current economic situation, it's not that simple. I can't just up and move, especially with 3 kids. One who is starting their school life and am making friends. Where I live is an easy walk to the bus stop for me to go to work, which is Downtown Denver. We only have one truck to totally works out because I need to be close to "public transportation." The rent is fitting for what we get. Plus it's not in a "bad" part of town, besides dipshit next to us, or whatever, it's really a nice place to live. Mountain side is 30 mins away, the Republic of Boulder is 40 mins away. I can move "down the street" or wherever but if someone has a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath, 2 car attached garage for $1050 or similar PLEASE tell me I'll be more than happy to provide the necessary requirements for your place.

Form 4 req's if needed hahaha

If you own and he rents than you selling and moving would cost you a LOT for little gain ... in all seriousness if he's a renter and a pothead he'll eventually move, you may just have to wait him out.

Don't do anything dumb ... I'd hate to see you in jail (and lose your 2A rights) over something like this.

Talk to your other neighbors ... if you can get a bunch of them angry about this guy maybe you can get a petition together and maybe get management to get rid of him for you.

Unfortunately it seems like I'm the renter and he's the owner, go figure. Though losing my 2A, means just less to me as my family and friends.

That maybe the only solution to this situation.
Our babysitter is actually on the HOA board, (total right wing wholesome Christian) but I'm not so sure what they can do. But I will talk to her tomorrow about it. Just have to find a way to stay calm while expressing my emotions

Assuming you are not familiar with how a bulldozer operates, maybe you could rent one and if you happened to hop off of it with it in gear and it "accidentally" went through their home then they would be forced to move elsewhere.

    Hey, accidents happen.

(Based loosely on a true story)

Total great idea, but since I live next to fuck bag, (townhouse) my stuff would also be in that wreckage. But then again that's what insurance is for

They're all paranoid right? You can say something like, "I smelled an odor... now, I don't want to get anyone in trouble, but I need my kids to not be smelling that..." maybe it'll scare 'em into fixing it.

Maybe there's some air filtration that'll solve it?
