Yep. A little too "green" for me to call it gray. I might photoshop something to show you what I had in mind.

Eh, its just a gun... a piece of metal that can be replaced or if you really dont like it strip it all of and re coat it all.

I like the way it came out, it looks pretty dang good for a beater gun IMO.

I like the solid color of and dont really want to put anyother colors on it. In time I'm sure some of this paint will wear off and there will be some black showing through.

Thanks again, took it out yesterday and I was hitting a 12"X12" steel plate at 500 yards with it again!! Not to shabby out of a 14.5" barrel.

I like the "beater" look myself but I don't have the balls either to do it.

Yep the steel plates I got from you. They are holding up ok still. They do pretty good with everything but the 7mm and the 30-06, those leave a mark!!

Yep it would be a lot of work, but could be done I suppose if you dont like it. In my case I love it!!
