Well I couldn't wait so I put the gun together with the BCM upper receiver.

Everything went perfect no problems during the build. Installing the rail I needed to index the barrel nut one more spot for the gas tube (25 pounds) so I went through the torque range about a dozen times with anti seize to get it to settle on target. I made the executive decision to move to the next tooth at about 64 pounds.

I'm looking for a Noveske upper receiver to finalize the build but I had the urge to finish it off for a 3 day class held at the end of June. I'll shoot it one of the three days with iron sights to put it through it's paces.
