Happened to me just this afternoon after meeting up with Ridge. This guy was in the left lane in a 55 going 65. No problem. In fact, he passed me. Then the speed limit changed to 65 just past 104th and he backs it down to 60mph, and was just a little behind and gong the same speed as the guy in the middle lane. WTF
Sometimes I wish I had the resources of MI6... I kinda had the same thing today going to get lunch, but since it's not an interstate highway no one ever follows those rules (it's Evergreen Parkway/SH-74) going 40 in a 55... 40!!!
