This is total BS, the ACLU is the biggest group of whiney un-american little children I've ever heard of! They always pull crap like this and want to undermine our efforts to enforce a federal LAW that the federal gov't does a piss-poor job of enforcing. When the states try to step up and enforce laws a little more effectively the cry babies of the ACLU come in and file suit. Let GA pass this law, it'll enable illegal immigration to be more readily enforced. It's just like 1070 in AZ, and I can see the s*** storm coming. The worst part is, this goes south and it'll persuade all the rest of the states to avoid passing legislation like this in the future.
