just bought a 14.5 upper ill let you know how it goes
I handled a couple of the complete carbines at a nearby gun dealer and felt that they were put together pretty well. For that price range, though, I'm more impressed with my two Spikes ARs. 4150 barrel steel instead of 4140 and very impressive testing protocols for bolts and barrels at Spikes.

I have a 20" HBAR that I built on a DSA upper. Excellent fit and finish.
Rifle is extremely accurate and consistent.
I have had no issues with it and would pick up another one in a heart beat.
