OK, I was thinking otherwise, the difference between not taking care of and not being able to can be a lot sometimes, I've seen some straight up shit heads when it comes to dogs and can get off on the wrong foot sorry.
Screw the money and trade. If the animals are being neglected, call animal control and turn the shit bag in.

I'd gladly take care of one... Just don't have 5 big ones I can put on one right now. My aunt in the Springs actually foster homes German shepherds. I've forwarded this post over to her. She loves those dogs. Has two of her own imported from Germany. I love yelling "bleib" and "aus" at them. feels so empowering lol. They're such well minded calm dogs. I'm a cat person but German Shepherds are an exception to my rule.
