A couple of my favorites-

"I'm guessing you weren't burdened with an overabundance of schooling."

"I'll keep this simple, since I'm sure they didn't cover it in your GED class."

"And when someone explains that joke to you later, you're gonna be pissed."

And anyone who's been in the service knows that "with all due respect" means the exact opposite.
