surefire KX2C lumen question

why are some KXC2 heads 120 lumen while others are 200? I read something about how surefire changed how they measure lumens....so are they the same head with same output?

Surefire do make different heads with different power outputs. After a quick search I found some that go as far down as 45 lumens. I'm guessing that's the answer to your question.

I'm talking about two heads both marked KXC2, but packaging says 120 while website says 200.
