I agree that they should not be treating film as the enemy. Personally I would want vindication for doing things right. On the other hand I think there are a few different real concerns for having random people close up on your scene. While they are idly sitting by a shootout or 2nd suspect could appear. For the cops while making an arrest, someone walking up pretending to film could be an accomplice making a surprise attack to rescue their homie.
In the case of this lady, with the other material I've seen on it, I am not a fan as she was acting as a all black arrests are racially motivated instigating libtard.
Think of it like free speech, you have a right, and then you get some that try and abuse it like westboru babtist and the funeral protests. I believe in the right, but I'm still going to dislike those that abuse/use it maliciously.
