Default Custom modified NRA free float tube

I just finished working on my NRA legal free float tube for mid-length handguards. Just thought I would share how it turned out.

    Without handguards installed

    With handguards installed

What do you all think? There is nothing like it to fit mid-length handguards and I honestly like the original ones.

I would like to thank forum member jim for selling me the parts at a great deal.

I didn't do the machining, my friend Kevin was, and has been a huge help in this project.

Sweet. I might have to steal that idea before you get it patented.
