I measured some cases just up from the base on all. Once fired are both with above load.
New unfired - 0.421"
Once fired stock barrel 0.433"
Once fired Lone Wolf barrel 0.426"
just fyi, I found it interesting.

The amount you work the brass with the U die isn't enough to affect the brasses life. I use them on 9mm, 40, and 45s and have brass in all three calibers with 10+reloads using the U die.
.007" isn't enough to really worry about either as for overworking the brass either. The problem with the semi-unsupported chambers like the HK and Glock is getting bulge below where the average sizing die resizes on the case. Then you get a reload that's slight larger than the chamber can handle and it jams and won't fire and won't extract; death jam. This is a problem with brass from some of the older Glock 40 cal models and HK USPs. This is not an issue with the 9mm and 45s. These calibers have thicker webbing in the cartridge cases and they tend to not have the "guppy brass" problem.
Mom's comin' 'round to put it back the way it ought to be.
Anyone that thinks war is good is ignorant. Anyone that thinks war isn't needed is stupid.
