The problem with "this" is that the people defining what constitutes a "terror crime" are the same assholes who want to expel first graders for having a plastic spoon at school (and then charge them as an adult for carrying a concealed weapon), or charge a 15 year old girl with 1st degree murder for having a miscarriage.
