    Did he actually make it INTO the house? Story is quite vague. Interested in seeing where these two end up. Wouldn't be surprised if the homeowner gets a stiffer penalty.

    Not vague at all:
    The homeowners were able to deny Ash entry and he fled to his BMW, leaving the woman behind. Deputies say the male homeowner chased after Ash and fired a shot toward him. The bullet missed the suspect and lodged in a nearby unoccupied vehicle.
