Default Operation Gunrunner funded by 2009 Stimulus

The link is to an article about how Operation Gunrunner was funded by the 2009 Stimulus Package. This means somebody in congress had to about it before it started.

    And the plot thickens

Gunrunner is clearly part of Obama's gun control strategy (gin up support for more gun control by arming Mexican criminals) ... but he may be trying to pull his own "Contra" thing in Honduras as that may be where many of the guns have ended up.

I just had another thought about this.

If federal government money was used to buy the guns for the "Fast & Furious" program (because frankly I can't see where else $10 Million would be spent)... and those guns were re-sold to Mexican cartels (or at least the middle men that sold the guns to the Mexicans) then; where are the proceeds from those sales?

Lining someone's pocket, but definitely not going back into the debt... Two kids, an 8 year old and a 15 year old, give them both a $100, guess which one is going to blow it on stuff that won't mean a thing to them two years down the road.
