    Default Police arrest armed gunman after incident at ice arena

    JEFFERSON COUNTY - Jefferson County Sheriff's deputies have arrested an armed gunman in Lakewood after he was seen with a gun in the parking lot of the Edge Ice Arena.

    Apparently, Kyle, the guy quoted at the end of the article, hasn't figured out there's probably a guy in his neighborhood with a gun every day. If that's all it takes for him to be scared, guess he should look into agoraphobia and really big heavy metal doors...

    The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office says the incident started just after 2 p.m. when an ice arena employee saw him in the parking lot with a gun and called police.
    The 3rd paragraph says nothing about him doing anything, so if you just skim through it looks like the police state will not allow you to carry a gun... But then later it says he was "making threats." Another mentally unstable gun owner stalking his wife and causing some problems down in *Littleton.* Since we all know Edge is not in Lakewood.

    I am guessing he was seen at the edge and they finally caught up to him in Lakewood city limits? or just poor reporting.
