    dont over rev your motor...it was a 454 .30 over now its scrap metal.

    everything is still together up top, not sure if it floated them, or if the valve just came apart.

    That sucks! I have had that happen back in the day, had a big block Ford I ran at Bandimere with nitrous and I dumped a couple.

    That SUCKS!! Did the valves drop into the piston's and score the cylinders?? Is that the last pic?? I can't tell from the pics.

    That is awesome. Next time we have a 15 liter Cummins throw a rod I will snap some pics when you have a piston and rod the size of a coffee can end up upside down the damage is awesome

    That block is toast dsb the pic of the piston shows it really well

    yep it's junk, not to mention all the missing pieces that traveled through the intake and beat up all the other pistons, and others still that were in the pan, and oil pickup screen.
