Got the email this afternoon and immediately logged in and cancelled the DVD service. I guess I'll just keep streaming for now. Between that and HBOGO, I haven't even watched one of their dvds in a few months.

Other sources are free and others are cheaper than netflix. I never bought into it. we rent maybe a few movies a month so it doesn't make sense for us.

just wait till redbox raises its rental to $1.50 a time. my guess is that is coming soon

Eh, all the stuff I want to watch they never have on streaming... I prefer the DVD method. It just sucks that they are (seemingly) trying a money grab. Lost my service. I can get all the shows I watch for free (hulu, tnt.tv, etc).

    Default Netflix, Inc.(NasdaqGS: NFLX )

    Just saw this

I persoanlly think that Netflix is overpriced at P/E (ttm): 83.65 , and $15.30billion mkt cap?
    gees....

All these hypes of Netflix, and their anticipation of growth makes no sense.

that's what my girlfriend brought up last night. She said "why do we even have a multiple DVD plan? We watch maybe one or two a month max".

I'll just drop it to the limited DVD plan. They really have beefed up their streaming selection. And yeah, since I have free DIRECTV, HBO and Cinemax Go, plus all of the turner networks streaming, I don't need much more

i'll drop the streaming and keep my unlimited 3 DVDs. the streaming rarely works, and delivers half the content. frankly, i just don't need it and prefer the DVD, which has captions and is superior in every way, shape or form to the streaming.
