Yes, but odds are unless they go through very stringent testing they probably won't get into a combat arms duty like infantry, they'll more likely become desk ridden. I've seen only a few extremely rare cases where they'll allow an amputee to serve in a combat role (such as a Vehicle Commander- guy sitting shotgun in a truck- if they can evac the vehicle in the time allowed for standards) but it's usually in the rear where they keep them.
