Finally got the stamp today. It was approved May 17th. Owner hasn't given it to me yet, he picked up his mail and left town. Hopefully Monday.
My dad bought that car after I left for the Air Force. Got to abuse it on leave a few times. Good memories.

It's a fair weather driver, and getting to be a collector car. I'm not going to ruin it by swapping in any engine that doesn't belong, or irreversibly modify it in any way. I may do another 302W engine, but it will still be a street engine. All the emissions are going to be left intact along with a working A/C system. I've seen far too many of these cars get ruined by people who have no business being anywhere near a wrench.
This car is by far the nicest Fox I've ever seen, and I've been chasing THIS car for 20 years. It drives like it's brand new, and everything works. The interior is immaculate, and still has a hint of new car smell.
