Going through my gear the other day, and realized I no longer owned a fixed blade knife for some reason. After doing some YouTube knife research, I decided on a Gerber Prodigy, USA made, and just under $50, with really good reviews.

That's a good knife at a great price point. Just wish I could find a non-serrated edge one.
To their credit, the NSA is the only agency of government that listens to the American people.

    Nice knife.

I have quite a few Gerbers, decent steel for the money.

Among the troupe, a couple 06 Auto's, an LMF II, and a Freeman Guide I butchered an elk with.

The plain edge Prodigy is apparently a Wal-Mart exclusive, which is where I bought mine, from what I understand they have been discontinued, so once they are gone, they are gone.

I wouldn't mind adding an 06 Auto to the collection, I've always thought those were cool knives.

They are chunky to be sure. And technically over the blade limit for us mere plebes.

Love my 06 Auto. It's pretty rugged.

I like a number of the autos, but the "restricted to LEO and military" is pure bullshit.

I got this Google Pixel 3a XL

And while I was there the guy tricked me into buying this speaker thing. I like it. The deal with this speaker is that right now they are having a sale so ANY purchase qualifies you for $330 off of this speaker. It was like $150. It sounds better than my entire garage stereo by itself.

EDIT: Looks like that is the regular price on Amazon anyway: https://www.amazon.com/Harman-Kardon...09921373&psc=1
