Just received an eBay bargain:

Very. Nice.

Hard to go wrong with Staub enameled iron. Quality, still made in France.
A lot of Staub clay/crock/"stoneware" is now made in.... you guessed it.... China.

Vintage Staub crockery is still awesome.

Yeah...enameled cast iron. I never thought I could get excited about cookware...but I love these pots!

I make chili (among other things) in a big Lodge enameled cast iron dutch oven. They work really well.
