South Dakota you need a plate and a mirror and it's legal. That's what I was told anyway. They were cruising around everywhere.

Wow! Beautiful instrument. A big step up to make art from art.

Yeah, that's beautiful. My musical ability pretty much ends after I turn on the radio.

Don't you need another one for a Deliverance effect?

I disagree. Anyone can make music. The key is appreciating what you can?t do and doing what you can. Eventually, with passion and practice, the delta is reached and one progresses beyond that which they ever thought possible.

No. The Deliverance scene was with a banjo and guitar. The banjo has origins in Africa, and found its way to Appalachia via the slave trade. At times seen as a signal of wealth and sophistication, and others as one of poverty and backwardness, I truly believe it to be the most versatile instrument aside from the human voice. It was America?s instrument until the depression, when the cheaper guitar took center stage. At that time, a good guitar cost around (today?s) 678 dollars, while a comparable quality banjo was 3x that cost. If you?re interested in the history at all, Clifton Hicks has a ton of great research.

Lol I bought it and then showed my wife. As a harpist who has owned some exquisite instruments in the past she surprisingly supported the decision. As she said, ?the only things that seem to hold your attention are music and archery.? Guns too, I guess.
