Nice work! A laser transit would come in handy for me, too.

Getting pictures of your building progress can be very useful down the road, especially if there's underground plumbing or wiring. And pics of any utilities in the walls prior to insulation.

Big building, is that 72 ft. long?

Damn cab cost too much and if I fall asleep in the cab I survive and have to run it the next day. No cab and I'll fall off and get run over by mower or disc, no more have to run tractor.

    That's good logic there.

Sales guy at dealership joked that the seat sensor/disconnect would shut down tractor if I fall asleep and fall off.

I zip tied it this morning, it won't shut down tractor now.

Not mine but I get to drive it.

Sometimes people trip and fall down stairs.
Sometimes assholes push people down stairs.
That doesn't mean "stairs are bad" nor does it make someone who pushes someone down the stairs any less of an asshole.

Nice tractor. I bought my first one in 2016 and it made me wonder how I survived for 55 years without a tractor. I have a JD 3 Series right now and I'm wanting to upgrade to a 4 Series. But, my wife keeps saying we need food and shelter and blah, blah, blah more than we need a bigger tractor. I don't buy it but I guess my upgrade will have to wait.

I did pick up a 65 Ford 4000 at a really good price a few months ago. It's a project for when it cools off a little bit. It's gonna be my hay-baling tractor....when I get a baler. And a mower.

One of my wife's boys has a John Deere 336 square baler that we're gonna get. Just need to find a way to get it up here. I don't have a trailer large enough to carry it nor do I have a way to get it off the trailer unless it can roll off. But I think he's gonna borrow a big equipment trailer and deliver it. We'll see.

So the only thing I don't have is a mower. I'm looking for a good deal on a PTO driven sickle bar mower since that would be the least expensive way to go. And we only have about 9 acres so that should be fine.

I have the rake. I think it's really cool. 60s vintage Oliver 207, 5 bar, ground driven rake. The guy I bought it from replaced everything on it, painted it, and then sold it to me for a song.
