This may be a stupid idea, but could you add a petcock from a plastic motorcycle tank like something from IMS? Be slow coming out, but might work.

Just though I'd throw it out there.

Yep, something along those lines was what I was thinking. The shaker siphon gets most of the gas out pretty well once you get the hang of it, but there's always a little left in the very bottom that's annoying. But given it's gas, I was being a little more cautious than usual. Wanted to see someone else mess with the gas tank first... LOL.

If I had a Jeep, I'd get one of those for beer.

I thought about something like this, but I think a garden hose sized adapter would work better to increase the flow.

My rear bumper actually has water tanks built in to it too. I didn't see it myself but supposedly some guy mixed margaritas in his tank (same bumper) and then poured them out at the end of the trail. All the bouncing around was great for stirring it up, and with the ice he dumped in, it kept them cold.

Is your bumper lined with something to keep what you put in there potable? I've made several air tank bumpers, but the thought of anything to be ingested by anyone other than Obama (Kerry, Clinton, Reid) never crossed my mind. Lotta work involved in that.

The aev bumper corners hold 5 gallons of water and are made of food grade plastic. Although I think a lot of people just use it for pets and washing dishes.

I guess they even made a short run of a blue fuel caddy that was food grade plastic for water storage.

I thought the water tanks in the rear corners were kinda stupid at first. But I put a little spigot under the right one and I use it all the time to wash my hands. Amazing how much junk you get on you when you're out having a good time.

Do you have the pump kit that connects both tanks? I need to order it for mine.
