I need to buy one and have my cousin teach me how to use all the stuff in there, but since I don't really need it yet I will hold out on buying one.

I plan on taking a class early next year on more official medical training. However, I still think its a good thing to have. The basics are pretty user friendly. Combat gauze, Israeli dressing, tourniquet, etc. Basically enough to stop/reduce bleeding if one were to get shot or something and get the person to the hospital. I assume I'll add to it after I take the class but this is better than nothing. I look at it that if you go to the range, you have a need for one. Accidents happen.

I agree, I have basic stuff but zero training! Outside of applying a tourniquet I'm not much help as for the things I do have they mine as well be magic beans cause I do not know how to use them right. Sorry to derail the thread!
